If you submit a Company document, it will be possible for the senior management of the organisation with that Company document to see the details of this process.

Basic information on data protection

Identification of the processing: "Gencat services and procedures"

Data controller: Directorate General for Digital Services and Citizen Experience. Ministry of the Vice-presidency, Digital Policies and Territory.

Purpose of the processing: to guarantee traceability of all the procedures carried out between the general public and the Administration of the Government of Catalonia by means of its corporate platform, Gencat services and procedures.

Legitimisation: mission carried out in the public interest or the exercise of public powers and the consent of the interested party.

Recipients: data communications are foreseen between the ministries of the Government of Catalonia and the associated entities that report to it for the management of the different public services within their remit. These data will also be sent to the processing managers who provide ICT services on behalf of the data controller.

Rights of the interested parties: to request access, rectification or deletion of the data, and the restriction or opposition of its treatment. The forms available on the Ministry of the Vice-presidency, Digital Policies and Territory website must be used.
